Job Description

We are seeking a Transition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transition planning, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation and a proven ability to deliver smooth handoffs, mitigate risks, and achieve on-time transition milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute transition plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, technology, and vendors.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation actions.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project or transition management practices and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience leading transitions or projects in relevant environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT service transition or change management frameworks.
• Background in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
